Mozilla Firefox® browser you can see Dynamite Deals in action right now!
Dynamite Deals by Dynamite Data comes in two flavors:
• Mozilla Firefox
• Google Chrome
When you browse for books, DVDs and electronics at online merchants, the Dynamite Deals
Firefox Add-on snaps into action, scouring the Web for the lowest prices on the exact same product from other e-commerce sites. Unlike other shopping assistants, Dynamite Deals reports the best in-stock prices at high-quality merchants. A small, unobtrusive logo flashes when Dynamite Deals detects that the page you're looking on has competitive offers. Just click the stick of dynamite and the application displays shipping information, rebates and in-cart promotions.
HOW IT WORKS
Dynamite Deals looks for products as you visit merchants supported in our database. The extension submits product page URLs to our servers, which are screen scraped on-demand for the most up to the minute pricing. Because we screen scrape our pricing, rather than relying on feeds or third-parties to provide us with prices, you'll always get pricing that's literally up to the minute.
We strive to incorporate the needs of our users. Please check our Frequently Asked Questions first! There's many ways you can get in touch with our developers, which we hope will improve your experience with our application. Please feel free to leave us a comment via our contact portal. In addition, you can submit feedback directly to us via the "Feedback & Options" menu inside the application. If you include your email address, we'll contact you if we have any further information about your request.
At Dynamite Data, your privacy is paramount. We have gone through extensive lengths to assure that our application is more secure, transparent and private than any other shopping assistant available. Dynamite Data transmits a list of approved domain names to your browser at regular intervals. The application then sends the full URL and nothing else to our servers. We match the URL to product information on our servers, and then display product information accordingly. Other shopping applications transmit keystrokes, form information and HTML in order to determine which product you're viewing. We find this extremely invasive and refuse to participate in such practices.
